These terms apply to your use of ExclusionHQ, run by Wikivec Inc.. By using the site you agree to them.

What a result means

ExclusionHQ compares the names and details you provide with copies of exclusion lists published by government agencies, and shows the date of each copy used. A result is a potential match, or the absence of one in those copies; it is not a determination about any person. You must verify potential matches against the publishing agency's own records before acting on them.

Lists change, agencies make errors, and names can be entered in ways no matching can connect (for example, a changed surname not added to the roster). You remain responsible for your screening program and for your compliance with the laws and contracts that apply to you. ExclusionHQ is not affiliated with HHS-OIG, GSA or any state agency, and nothing on it is legal advice.

Your data and your staff

You confirm that you are entitled to check the people you add, for the purpose of screening them for exclusions, and that you will not add patient information. Don't use ExclusionHQ to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, housing or employment other than for exclusion screening required of healthcare employers.

Plans: free trial, billing, renewal and cancellation

Plans cost $39 a month or $390 a year for up to 100 people, and $99 a month or $990 a year for up to 500 (plus any tax). Your first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial, once per account; if you don't cancel before it ends, your first payment is taken then. Plans are billed by Wikivec Inc. through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel from your account (Manage billing); the plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Email support@wikivec.com within 14 days of your first payment for a refund. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice.

No warranty, and the limit of our liability

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including that a list copy is complete or current or that every match is found. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to ExclusionHQ is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including penalties, fines or recoupments imposed on you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. See also the privacy policy.
